RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT
By purchasing an item or items from Amerese International LLC or its affiliates, whether by mail, auction, gun show or public show of any type, or in person, I warrant that I have checked and verified that I am in compliance with all federal, state and local laws, and I am legally able to purchase these items.
1. Liability Clause:-
Amerese International LLC, its affiliates, The owner or owners of Amerese International LLC or its affiliates, as well as the employees of Amerese International LLC or its affiliates cannot be held liable and/or responsible for any physical injury, death and/or property damage resulting directly or indirectly from either the intentional or unintentional use of, mis-use of, or malfunction of equipment or products purchased from or through Amerese International LLC or its affiliates. This statement pertains to, but is not limited to any firearm(s) the functioning of a firearm(s), parts, accessories, or ammunition; archery equipment, knives, security equipment and security products; police or tactical equipment or products, medical equipment or products and or the accessories which accompany, or attach to the above listed item (s).
2. Pertaining to Ammunition, Weapons, and Knives:-
I further certify that I am an adult over 18 years of age (over 21 for handguns and handgun ammo) and under no legal disabilities.
3. Pertaining to Ammunition:-
Consumer has been informed that the ammunition purchased from Amerese International LLC or its affiliates may be old or remanufactured. Furthermore old, remanufactured, ammunition with aluminum cases, or ammunition which shellac has been used as a sealer, is not recommended for official duty use. Amerese International LLC, its affiliates, owners, or employees cannot be held responsible for any action that may or may not occur due to the use of ammunition which has been purchased, or the use of improper ammunition used for official duty purposes.
4. ATTENTION Pertaining to Weapons:-
Firearms ONLY ship to an FFL holder. If you do not have an FFL (Federal Firearms License) then you must find one in your area to do the transfer for you, and you must enter their address as the shipping address on your order. Due to FedEx and UPS requirements, handguns ship separately from ammunition via 2 day delivery.

We WILL NOT replace high-capacity magazines with state compliant magazines. We DO NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines.
